Our Policy
- 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all Velarda tags attached.
- Final Sale: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate wear, bodysuits, and jewelry (unless defective) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Bundles & Gifts: All items within a bundle must be returned together. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or color? We offer free exchange processing. Once we receive your return, we will ship out the replacement item at no additional shipping cost to you (one time per order).

Return Shipping & Fees
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Velarda is not responsible for lost return packages.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For international returns, customs duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are also non-refundable by Velarda.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
